Eric Bluntzer is a [ licensed ] real estate broker and Associate Broker of Holtzclaw Herrmann Real Estate Co.
The company is a major presence in the real estate market of the Northwest Corpus Christi area, it’s outlying suburbs and small towns. Eric Bluntzer has been the company’s top producer 7 of the last 8 years. He specializes in farm and ranch, commercial, residential, and rural properties. He personally has participated in subdivision development, new home construction, remodeling and rehabilitation of existing structures as well as the purchase and management of investment property. A great deal of his business over the last few years has been 1031 exchanges. Eric’s primary area of operation is Corpus Christi and the outlying areas Orange Grove, Bluntzer, Banquete, Odem, to name a few. His main focus is selling farms and ranches and this business takes him to all of the Coastal Bend and Southwest Texas Counties:
Eric attended Texas State University, (then Southwest Texas) in San Marcos and Texas A&M (then A&I) in Kingsville. He has a degree in Bank and Finance from Delmar College of Corpus Christi.
Prior to entering real estate in 1999 Eric was an insurance agent with Texas Farm Bureau. Eric was raised on a working family ranch and was actively engaged in farming until 1995 after which time he has confined his efforts to his ranching operation. At any time he may be found performing fiscal duties, construction, cattle work, wildlife management, habitat management, brush and or erosion control, heavy equipment operation, you name it. All of this broad experience Eric brings to the table in each real estate transaction.
Outside of Real Estate, even Eric’s hobbies do not stray from his roots in the land. His interests are hunting, fishing, and rodeo, (specifically team roping). Arrowheads, old maps, local folklore, basically anything Texana will catch his attention.
On the personal side Eric has three children, August age 11, Arlis 9, Mary Grace 8. His wife Kaye, who he has been married to for 13 years, is a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher at Orange Grove ISD. As a family they are active in the community, their church, and 4-H.
